Okay, this is how it's going to work:

Dear Reader,

I know this blog doesn't appear to be as up to date as I would like it to be, but I've actually been writing quite a lot - it's just all on old fashioned paper. And then when I finally do type it up, it's usually about 2 months into the past. So rather than skipping over anything or rewriting all my entries to sound more reflective or representative of my current state, I'm going to write them as is, as much as I can. This will inevitably mean that my tenses will jump all over the place, but I've always had a problem with that anyway. In school, my English work would be peppered with red circles and the phrase 'Tense?' scribbled in the margin. I wanted to yell 'I'm doing the HSC, of course I'm fucking tense!' But for all intents and purposes of this blog, y'all just have to deal.
